International expert led the training for staff of Article 42

The training "Third Party Interventions and Strasbourg" was held on May 30, 2009 for the staff of Article 42. Andrea Coomber, Legal Practice Director of INTERIGHTS led it.

Such issues as "What are 3PIs and how to use them? The rules, key Principles, The Request Letter" and etc. were discussed on the training.

The training was organized in the framework of the project «Strategic litigation in the Caucasus». International partners of the project are: «Netherlands Helsinki Committee» and «Interights» (UK); regional partners are - «Armenian Institute for Development» (Armenia) and «Legal Education Society» (Azerbaijan). The project is financed by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs and GOF RE found of the British Embassy.
