Article 42 of the Constitution
The title of the organization is connected with the article 42 of the constitution according to which:
Every individual has the right of appeal to the court to protect his rights and freedoms. Every individual has the right to be tried only by a court having proper jurisdiction over the legal matter. The right to defense by an attorney is guaranteed. No individual can be tried twice for the same crime. No individual bears criminal liability for an act that was not considered a violation of the law at the time it was committed. Punishment for an act must not be applied retroactively. Every individual charged with a criminal offence has the right to call witness on his/her behalf under the same conditions as those applicable to the witness of the prosecution. Evidence obtained through illegal means is inadmissible and has no legal force. No individual is obliged to give testimony against himself or his relatives as defined by law Any individual who suffers damage caused by illegal actions of the state, self-governing bodies, officers or their agents is guaranteed full compensation though the court from state resources.
