The training in Project Cycle Management was organized for the staff of Article 42 on October 23-24-25, 2009. The training covered following issues: LFA, Stakeholders, analyzes of the problem, aims and goals and etc. Trainer of the organization "Center for Training and Consultancy" led the training. The training was organized in the framework of the project «Strategic litigation in the Caucasus». International partners of the project are: «Netherlands Helsinki Committee» and «Interights» (UK); regional partners are - «Armenian Institute for Development» (Armenia) and «Legal Education Society» (Azerbaijan). The project is financed by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs and GOF RE found of the British Embass.
