Article 42 of the Constitution has organized study visit from 8 to 13 November, 2009. In the framework of the visit Article 42 of the Constitution, Armenian Institute for Development (Armenia) and Legal Education Society (Azerbaijan) had sheared experience and get familiar with the work of Public Defenders Office and Human Rights Defense NGOs in Georgina. The Study Visit was organized in the framework of the project «Strategic litigation in the Caucasus». International partners of the project are: «Netherlands Helsinki Committee» and «Interights» (UK); regional partners are - «Armenian Institute for Development» (Armenia) and «Legal Education Society» (Azerbaijan). The project is financed by the Netherlands Ministry of Foreign Affairs and GOF RE found of the British Embass.
