NGO "Article 42 of the Constitution" has been carried out publishing activities. Broad masses of citizens are able to get information on their rights and fundamental freedoms and on its protection by our brochures and pamphlets containing contents of laws on popular language. Individuals may protect their rights and freedoms themselves applying examples of legal documents set forth in the brochures. The brochures are available for any interested person both at office and as electronic version.
